Lack of full scale mirror in any place in the room Shower missing a chair for women The washroom area also missing a chair Closet light now working( fixed later ) but still very dark to pack n unpack clothing Found washing basin in bathroom very Dirty  Air condition -only offer cool air not warm air ( they supplied heater instead ) Box tissue - not available in any place in the room except washroom Lighting in the toilet area is very dark Lighting area in the room entrance is not bright enough Tv position not suitable for viewing when we lie in the bed  Chair at the table is not moving smoothly they should put a plastic sheet as ground sheet Buffet breakfast not suitable for foreigner- we love Chinese food but varieties is very limited and most food not warmly kept (place is good and  service is good) very disappointed in this breakfast  Special thanks to quest manager Crystal Lieu who did a good job in guiding us for checking in and checking out the hotel

Amazing hotel, great service from check in to the restaurants. Pool is nice on the 75th floor, Elba restaurant is a must visit!

Her thoughtful gesture of presenting hotel souvenirs for me and my grandson, Jacob, added a personal touch to our experience. The reception area, located on the 96th floor, offers a sophisticated ambiance complemented by breathtaking 360-degree views of the city skyline. Guests are warmly welcomed with an exquisite reception, including a complimentary Champagne service beginning at 6:30 PM—an elegant touch that enhances the overall experience for house guests. The hotel’s bar not only boasts stunning panoramic views of the city but also provides exceptional service, ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. The guest rooms are beautifully designed, exuding spaciousness while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere—perfect for relaxation after a busy day. Simply fantastic, the food was mediocre but the rest was so good I couldn’t be upset

Very comfortable and spacious room with excellent view, the room was clean and staff were nice. Welcome fruit was provided which was ok. The breakfast was not bad with large variety of choices. Very convenient as it is very close to metro and right next to mall.
